government should authorize home schooling in Costa Rica

Education and learning are processes that make mutualized human being and learn to prepare and daily essentials of life. Education in Costa Rica many years ago start improving day by day, becoming more accessible to those who have limited possibilities to study. We have always known that learning depends on the quality of teaching and the professional who gives lessons. Technology has become the right hand of educational development that has contributed greatly to the improvement in education because it allows greater scope for information and allows us to communicate and exchange ideas with others.

Public education needs to improve many aspects and including requirements related to their students, the implementation of teaching a second language like English but properly so that after school the student can master the language by 90% And it is time to introduce a third language like Mandarin or French.

Private education is a good choice for people who are able to pay a more advanced and personalized education to their children. Home schooling is an option in Costa Rica is not used, but approval would be good for people with disabilities that prevent them from attending schools, so I agree with the approval of such education is one way to help many people who can’t go to school or college.
